I am an Integrative Counsellor using a variety of techniques and approaches to create a personalized treatment plan for each of my clients. These approaches include Person Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
Whilst counselling is not a quick fix or easy solution to life’s problems, it can help you understand your behaviour, situation and allow you to make informed decisions. It can teach you how to do things differently, break old patterns of behaviour and equip you with the necessary courage and practical tools to move forward. Change is never easy but there is hope, it is possible for life to change in a way that has meaning for you and you don't have to do it alone.
